Slitherine has announced Platoon Commander, its latest Real-Time Wargame currently in development. The game focuses on the German advance toward Moscow in the fall and winter of 1941. It combines real-time tactical battles with a turn-based campaign map. You can make decisions about the pace of the advance, switch to defensive strategies when necessary, and manage your army, considering weather conditions and the passing of time.

The demo offers a significant experience of Platoon Commander’s first mission, where players step into the role of a German Commander during the autumn of 1941. Tasked with capturing and holding a Soviet village, players will customize their platoons by choosing a mix of infantry, armor, and artillery to defend against the inevitable Soviet counterattack.

Tactics of World War I is now available on Steam, the real time tactics (RTT) game from Headless Horseman Games. You can watch the Release Date Trailer here. Tactics of World War I puts you in the role of a military leader on the Western Front. Lead your men through some of the fiercest battles in history. But only if you plan your attacks thoroughly, and react smartly and quickly to your enemies actions you will succeed.

The game features two single-player campaigns set on the Western Front. A German campaign about the invention of the famous “Sturmtruppen”, an elite infantry unit founded to overcome the stalemate of trench warfare. Hello Cold War combat fans. Armored Brigade II has gotten it’s first update since release.

v1.578 brings you several fixes to visuals and a particular crash that occurred when you selected a Fuchs APC. Polish infantry also received improved textures, and you can now add custom infantry files to the database graphics folder.
