A post on Charlie Intel (with a couple of screenshots) has a reaction from Sledgehammer Games about leaked Weapons List, Maps, Divisions and More as well as Zombies Info from the Call of Duty: WWII beta. Here’s word:

From Michael Condrey, Co-Studio Head of Sledgehammer Games:

Call of Duty: WWII has been in development for nearly three years, and we’re now less than a month before launch. We can’t wait for fans to experience it on November 3rd. With Betas, there’s always the risk that some people will try and spoil that experience for others. We have had a couple things leak recently across multiplayer and zombies. It’s disappointing for everyone involved in creating the game. But, in the spirit of transparency, we want to be up front about it. Some of the details were inaccurate, early, or still subject to change. Others we would consider spoilers. We never plan for leaks, but we also understand that it’s hard for fans not to read the news when it’s about something they are so excited to learn more about.

Michael Condrey also talked about the recent MP leaks from the Call of Duty: WWII PC beta, including the new Gridiron MP mode, which is going to be SHG’s boots on the ground take of Uplink mode.

We are super proud of the game and cannot wait to play it with the community, so please hang on for a bit as November 3rd is almost here. In the meantime, here’s a first look at our London map in multiplayer. It’s a studio favorite for domination, hardpoint, and TDM, and we think it could be a standout for the competitive season ahead. Also, it’s a lot of fun for the new Gridiron game mode coming at launch, here’s a taste.

command-shifting-sandsCommand: Modern Air Naval Operations is renowned to be the most advanced modern military simulator in the market.

We are happy to share with you that the last expansion for Command: Shifting Sands, is coming out on October 19th, in just two weeks!

Prepare to be challenged in 17 thrilling campaign scenarios covering all the major conflicts between the State of Israel and his neighbors!

The state of Israel has endured contentious warfare for its entire existence. No sooner had it been declared in May 1948 than it became involved in a struggle for survival, fighting its neighbours in a ferocious clash. This was the first Arab-Israeli war, but it would be far from the last.

Shifting Sands traces the history of the successive Arab-Israeli conflicts: from the sidelines of the Suez crisis, through the lightning Six-Day War, the guerilla-like War Of Attrition and the strategic surprise of the Yom Kippur War, all the way to the historic Osirak raid and the epic air battle over the Bekaa Valley.

The campaign covers both the battles that happened and the clashes that did not, but could have; all of the snapshots of the ever-shifting sands of a fragile balance in arguably the most violently fluid region of the planet since WW2.

NVIDIA today released the GeForce 387.92 Game Ready Graphics Drivers, which presents a more comprehensive package than most Game Ready drivers. This time, the changes aren’t mostly limited to new, upcoming games support, though that’s still part of the package. On that front, you can count on these drivers being optimized for the upcoming Middle-earth: Shadow of War and The Evil Within 2, as well as Forza Motorsport 7, on which NVIDIA expects anywhere between 15% and 25% performance improvement (which should help improve NVIDIA’s situation). On the VR space, this driver package brings the optimal experience for 4A Games’ Artika.1 (if you recognize the studios’ name, it’s probably because they’re the ones behind the Metro game series.

Also interesting, however, are the feature updates that come with this driver package. Fast Sync is now supported for SLI configurations, though Maxwell architecture users should steer clear of 4K resolution, which isn’t supported for this feature. There’s also NVIDIA GameStream support for HDR under Windows 10. On the renderer side, we see added support for OpenGL 4.61, as well as for DirectX Intermediate Language (DXIL). This includes full support for DirectX 12 Shader Model 6.0 ( for features such as Wavemath), and the DirectX Shader Compiler, though it’s only supported on NVIDIA Kepler and later GPUs. There are also some improvements to full-screen Vulkan applications, though this particular change may cause more errors while leaving and entering full-screen mode (Alt-Tab).

You can download the new GeForce 387.92 Game Ready Graphics Drivers from GeForce Experience and GeForce.com.

europa-universalis-iv-cradle-of-civilizationCradle of Civilization Expansion for Europa Universalis IV Focuses on Muslim Empires

Paradox Interactive and Paradox Development Studio today announced Europa Universalis IV: Cradle of Civilization, a new expansion to the best-selling grand strategy game about exploration and empire in early modern history. For millennia, empires have battled over the deserts and valleys where humankind once took its first tentative steps towards to something larger. From Sennacherib to the great khans, the crossroads of trade and learning have also been the highways for armies and warlords. Now, in the shadow of the collapse of Timur’s great empire, new powers are staking their claim to be the heirs to the Cradle of Civilization.

Europa Universalis IV: Cradle of Civilization adds greater depth to the Muslim nations that occupy the lands between the Nile and the Indus. With new governmental powers and game options, the major powers of the region will each feel even more distinct from each other.

Features in Europa Universalis IV: Cradle of Civilization include:

  • Mamluk Government: In a diverse empire, where the slaves are now masters, new sultans must rely on cultural power to stay viable.
  • Persian Theocracy: Persian nations can use the power of the faith to bolster their regime.
  • Tribal Federations: The Black and White Sheep tribes in Armenia and Mesopotamia must expand to exploit the unity of local clans.
  • Army Professionalism: The Age of Mercenaries slowly transitions to the Age of Standing Armies as you recruit new generals and drill your peacetime army.
  • Iqta Taxes: Muslim governments can impose new taxes every 20 years for special bonuses.
  • Trade Policies: Instruct your merchants to take actions in trade nodes to increase your trade power or military advantage.
  • Islamic Schools: The wide range of Sunni and Shia disciplines offer unique perks to their disciples and transforms international relations across the Middle East.
  • And Much More: The Cradle of Civilization expansion will be accompanied by a free update for all EU4 players, including a new map with many new nations.

Cradle of Civilization continues the Europa Universalis IV tradition of letting players explore new histories and cultures, giving starring roles to empires often forgotten in textbooks. Cradle of Civilization will be available in late 2017 for the suggested retail price $19.99.
