GIGABYTE’s new Haswell-E X99-UD4 motherboard offers a no-nonsense, no frills approach to the High End DeskTop (HEDT) market segment. While this certainly is an HEDT motherboard, GIGABYTE’s approach to the feature set available on this motherboard has kept its price point in the $240 range.

We have you here today to not only look at the Tesoro Tizona G2N, tenkeyless, gaming mechanical keyboard, but also to check out the optional Tizona G2N-P mechanical gaming Numpad as well. So, while the G2N has its main design keeping in line with most other TKL options out there today, it also has a couple of tricks up its sleeve with the optional G2N-P. Not only can the Numpad be magnetically attached to either side of the Tizona TKL, but it also ships with its own extension cable, so you can place the G2N-P anywhere on the desk. We review the ASRock X99 OC Formula motherboard, it is a high-end X99 motherboard from ASrock with some pretty nifty features. The OC Formula comes with not one but two M.2. slots, wide tweaking options and a pretty interesting design. Features are grand, like the ten SATA 6 Gbps ports, the two Gigabit NIC jacks and the 7.1 channel HD audio as delivered by the high-end Realtek ALC1150 codec, covered by an EMI shield.

Corsair currently has 16 different DDR4 memory kits available in the mainstream Vengeance overclocking line and also the high-end Dominator Platinum series. Today we’ll be taking a closer look at what Corsair has to offer in the Dominator Platinum series. This series features hand-screened DDR4 IC’s, DHX (Dual-path Heat Exchange) heat spreaders, Dominator Airflow Platinum LED fans and the Corsair Link interface that allows you to monitor IC temperatures, voltages along with the fan speeds and colors if you are running the fans.
