Enermax is back today showing us their newest space-saving design that strikes a balance between cooling and noise. Enermax has been busy as of late engineering new cooler after new cooler. The Enermax ETS-T40F-RF continues this trend and brings some new technologies with it. Enermax calls these new designs the Vortex Generator Flow and the Vacuum Effect Flow. Together these designs ensure better airflow and more efficient cooling. At least, that’s what Enermax is claiming and those are some big claims coming from a design that’s been used and improved upon countless times by many different companies. To say I’m skeptical is a bit of an understatement but that’s why we’re here today. So let’s put this thing to the test.

Depending on the specific features, there are multiple chipsets that support the Intel Socket 1151 processors, the Z170, H170 and B150. Biostar has motherboards that support all three of these chipsets, with the Z170 chipset being the main enthusiast grade chipset. For the Z170 chipset, Biostar has four motherboards that offer a range of features. Their flagship model is the BIOSTAR Gaming Z170X Ver 5x.

G. Skill may be better known for their memory and storage products, but they are expanding their portfolio. Today we look at their new keyboard – the Ripjaws KM780 RGB. This keyboard incorporates Cherry MX mechanical switches and clear housings to deliver uniform RGB backlighting. It also packs a metal piped frame, detachable wrist rest, media keys, macro switches and a number of other fancy functions, all into a brushed aluminium frame. This is no budget product, as RGB mechanical keyboards tend to be – but can it justify the price tag?

NVIDIA’s GTX 980Ti certainly isn’t a stranger to these pages but after reviewing nearly a half dozen examples we were secretly hoping for something more. Granted, Zotac’s AMP! Extreme posted some absolutely mind-bending performance numbers and ASUS’ STRIX OC ended up being one of the best graphics cards we’ve reviewed all year but after a while, all of the air-cooled cards ended up feeling eerily similar. This is why MSI’s GTX 980 Ti Sea Hawk is like a breath of fresh air so-to-speak since it boasts an integrated water cooler.

NVIDIA released the GeForce 358.50 WHQL drivers, which are “Game Ready” for Star Wars: Battlefront Open Beta. Open for pre-loading now on Origin for free, the game goes life in a day. In addition to this, it includes an updated driver support for GameWorks VR SDK; and OpenGL ARB 2015 extensions. This includes support for OpenGL ES 3.2 on the desktop
