ComancheThe latest Early Access update for Comanche features a brand new single-player mode called “Conflicts” which offers challenging missions to master. Conflicts Mode is a set of various single-player missions, separate from the story campaign. In each mission, you will have to fulfill specific requirements in order to get all of the medals for that particular challenge. Only after earning all of the medals, will you be able to unlock the next mission.

Each medal provides its challenge, so players truly need to master their skills. Also, missions have distinctive objectives and it is up to players how they accomplish them.” – Petr Kolář, Ashborne Games Studio Manager

sniper-ghost-warrior-contracts-2From extreme-range distances to up-close-and-personal, CI Games’ setting for SGWC 2 offers plenty of ways to approach your targets.

Following last month’s exciting gameplay reveal for Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, CI Games is excited to share a closer look at the highly anticipated sequel’s setting: Kuamar. This bombastic trailer gives players a look at the variety of sandboxes they’ll complete their contracts in as they snipe, sneak, and firefight with adversaries in the best looking Sniper Ghost Warrior game thus far. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 launches on June 4th, 2021 for PS5, PS4, Xbox SeriesX/S, Xbox One and PC.

After a feverish response to the exclusive weapons and skins revealed for the physical edition of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, CI is expanding the rewards to the digital edition, which can be pre-ordered now on Steam. Everyone who pre-orders SGWC 2 will receive:

  • Marcus Tactical: A light sniper rifle with great stability
  • FFF-45 ACP Luring Pistol: A side arm with special luring ammo
  • Rock AS100: A punishing magazine-fed shotgun, that fires buckshot or slugs
  • Blue Servers Skin
  • Warning Stripes Skin

Kuamar is an original setting in the modern day Middle East, nestled between the Lebanese and Syrian borders. A brutal dictatorship, led by President Omar Al-Bakr and his wife, Bibi Rashida, has controlled the region for over 20 years… and their reign must now be stopped. With intel from Control, players take on the role of Raven, executing contracts across all-new locations in an attempt to topple this insidious criminal organization and bring them to justice.

Kuamar will provide players with a variety of sniper paradises, evolving the sandbox level and objective design fans loved in the first Contracts release. In Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, there are 5 distinct maps that can be approached however a player wishes. Realistic weapons and gadgets are unlocked throughout the campaign, whilst upgrade points can be used to obtain and upgrade skills to create a custom playstyle. As players expand their arsenals and improve their skills, they can revisit each contract with different approaches to collect more rewards.

With Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, CI Games is setting a new bar for its best-selling first person sniper franchise of all time, with 1000m+ extreme-range sniping (a record for the franchise), expansive sandbox-style maps, realistic gadgets and weapons, and upgraded visuals and gameplay engine that make this the best Sniper experience yet.

Pre-orders for physical editions on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One are available now from selected retailers, while PC players can pre-order SGWC 2 on Steam right now. All pre-orders include an exclusive weapons and skins bonus pack. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 will launch at £34,99.

NVIDIA has released the latest version of GeForce Game Ready drivers. Version 466.11 WHQL comes with optimization for “Mortal Shell,” including support for raytracing and DLSS. The drivers also add NVIDIA Reflex support for “Valorant” with its latest patch. The drivers also integrate NVIDIA Broadcast noise reduction feature into OBS. The list of monitors with support for NVIDIA G-SYNC grows, with the addition of LG’s 2021 G1, B1, C1, and Z1 series monitors; and the MSI MAG301RF.

Among the bugs fixed with GeForce 466.11 drivers are low frame-rates on “Supreme Commander/Supreme Commander 2,” RAW files showing up black on Adobe Lightroom; “Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 VR” stuttering on machines with hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling disabled; and some displays showing incorrect color levels after booting into Windows.

You can download the GeForce 466.11 WHQL Game Ready drivers via GeForce.com.

attack-at-dawn-north-africaPanzer Division Games has released a first gameplay video of their game Attack at Dawn: North Africa. In the hour-long video, the designer Tomislav Čipčić shows in depth how to play the game in one small but exciting historical scenario – Operation Battleaxe.

To quote the designer: “We wanted to show the players the intensity, dynamics and historical accuracy of the game we’re making. And we chose one of the most interesting operations in the WW2 North African theater – operation Battleaxe. The players will be able to see how to move and fight, how to order air strikes and call in the artillery support, how to plan and redeploy their forces. We hope that this video will give the future players more insight and hopefully raise interest in our game.

corsair-sabre-rgb-pro-gaming-mouseBy Peter Donnell @ eTeknix

Gaming mice used to come with ways of adding more weight to balance them and adjust their feel, but it seems those days are long gone. The age of the heavy mouse is making way for the new wave of ultra-light gaming mice! Anything under 100 grams seems to be the goal, and they’re proving extremely popular with gamers around the world. Today, Corsair is having a go at it with the Sabre RGB Pro Gaming Mouse. It clocks in at just 74g, so it should be pretty nimble. That’s certainly not the lightest ultra-light I’ve seen, but it’s certainly packing more features than many of its rivals too.
