Fix the rudder "elastic" effect in simulation mode, the tail rotor now works correctly
great improvement !

This is a 3rd Party Patch for TA. Until SIMIS/GT get their act together and deliver a patch that will fix the problems with the FM, I have provided a patch here that eliminates the major horrors (in my opinion) in some of the flight model aspects. The problems I have addressed are these, Super-Stable Hover, Axis Alignment, Excessive Rotational Dampening, Joystick Deadzone

The v1.01 patch fixes the following:
- Turn on spotlight before opening doors (at victim pickup area during day mission). Engine behaves same as after opening doors.
- Doubled text in console / sound msg: Survivor in Survivor in cabin
- When the SH - SEAKING crashes and explodes, some of the parts that come off are red pieces from the HH 65 DOLPHIN.
- All missions with freighter ship - victims are floating in the air - misplaced person area
- Buildings density slider did not work
- On 5 Area there was buildings inside other buildings
On 4 (big city) area helicopter could sink in the concrete
