NVIDIA today released the GeForce 457.30 WHQL drivers. The drivers come “game ready” (optimized) for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Godfall. The SLI profile for Black Desert has also been updated. The drivers also add G-Sync support for the Acer CP3271U V, Asus XG27AQ, MSI MAG274QR and Xiaomi Mi 245 HF monitors.

Among the bugs fixed with this release are a drop in performance during gameplay for Warzone; a laptop-only error where the internal panel flashes upon resume from sleep mode or from display off; and a bug specific for Ampere, in a G-SYNC, HDR, Dual-head 8K display environment where the display screen goes black.

AMD has released the latest version of Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition. Version 20.11.1 beta comes with optimization for Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War, DiRT 5, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Godfall. With Godfall, the drivers offer up 7% higher performance as tested with an RX 5700 XT. The driver changelog does not mention any issues fixed with this release, and only a short list of new issues known to AMD, which it’s working on to fix.

The Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.11.1 drivers are available online at the AMD driver download page.

NVIDIA has released its new RTX 3070 Founders Edition graphics card. And custom cards from various manufactures are also now available. NVIDIA has lifted the embargo on reviews for the new Geforce 3070 card. We have gathered a number of reviews and listed the links below. Here’s a bit from NVIDIA:

NVIDIA has released the GeForce 457.09 WHQL drivers. The drivers come “game ready” (optimized) for Watch_Dogs Legion, DiRT 5, Ghostrunner, and NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered. The biggest change has to be support for the new GeForce RTX 3070 which goes on sale today. The drivers also add G-Sync support for Acer XB323U GX, ASUS VG279QL1A, Dell AW2521HFLA and Gigabyte FI25F displays. Among the bugs fixed with this release are a crash-to-desktop seen with “For Honor,” a random flicker observed on G-Sync multi-monitor setups when playing back YouTube or Twitch at 144 Hz; a black screen observed during game launch on displays with DSC enabled, and a bug with Freesync displays where half the screen goes blank with G-Sync enabled.

In this review, we benchmark the GeForce RTX 3080 iGAME VULCAN OC from Colorful. perhaps this is the most beautiful 3080 out there (you’ll get it once you see it). This is a very nice customized and faster-clocked product. All with reasonable acoustics, good temperatures and a bucketload of added features.
