Call to Arms: Panzer Elite Drops New Content Update Today

call-to-arms-panzer-eliteA fresh content update for Call to Arms: Panzer Elite has been spotted, and it’s packed with player-requested goodies, battlefield toys, and a few surprises.

Let’s start with the big one: Checkpoints. Yes, you asked for it. Yes, we finally delivered. And yes, this is only the first step toward a full savegame system. No more staring at your monitor in existential dread after losing a 45-minute mission. As of now, it’s experimental, single-player only, and fully toggleable. Baby steps toward sanity.

A new campaign mission, St. Vith, drops you straight into the frozen teeth of the Battle of the Bulge. Expect gritty winter engagement, full of snow, chaos, and a whole lot of resistance. And if you want to flatten your opposition in style, the iconic Panzerkampfwagen V “Panther” tank is finally here. If you haven’t heard of it, think of a Tiger built for mobility and firepower. It’s big, mean, and very ready to ruin someone’s day.

Skirmish players, we heard you yelling for bigger playgrounds. Say hello to ALG “A-1″, a huge airfield map designed for long-range duels and few places to hide. On top of that, the new Testing Grounds mode strips PvP down to its pure, chaotic essentials: 5v5, no AI, no nonsense. Just you, your aim, and whoever you blame when things go sideways.

Open-top vehicles now feature visible crews, because tanks shouldn’t feel like empty metal coffins. And with new HUD presets – Immersive, Casual, or Custom – you can dial the battlefield exactly to your liking without diving through menus like it’s your part-time job.

The update also includes a healthy pile of fixes, animation upgrades, UI tweaks, and other improvements that make everything look, sound, and play better.
