Matrix Games has released the maintenance update for Rule the Waves 3, its simulation of naval ship design and construction, fleet management and naval warfare from 1890 to 1970. Its a a bug-fixing update, mostly focusing on the UI, which includes a small new feature where players can now rename their officers.
