By now everyone knows the story behind Codemasters' Turning Point: Fall of Liberty. Winston Churchill was struck by a car in 1931 only instead of recovering as he did in reality, in the world of Turning Point Churchill dies, the Europeans fall to Hitler and the Nazis invade the Eastern seaboard of the United States. That's where the opening scene begins as players take the reigns of Dan Carson, a lowly construction worker who all of a sudden finds himself smack-dab in the middle of the greatest war the world has ever known. While Turning Point has come under fire for a slightly shoddy demo (Xbox 360 only) that went live late last month, we can say that our latest build is already showing signs of significant improvement.
