Ubisoft's Acquires Movie Effects Company

Ubisoft has acquired Canadian movie effects company Hybride Technologies, the studio responsible for visual effects in 'Sin City', 'Spy Kids' and '300'.
Hybride intends to use Ubisoft's intellectual property in the movie industry, as well as work on visual effects in the publisher's forthcoming portfolio of videogames.
