Zalman CNPS9700 LED Ultra Quiet CPU Cooler Review

The CPU cooler wars have really been heating up lately. Armed with heatpipe technology, cooler manufacturers have come out with some very interesting products to keep CPU temperatures in check. Zalman, one of the leaders in the high-performance, low-noise cooling niche, has recently released their CNPS9700 LED cooler into this highly competitive market. Basically this is an updated version of their very popular CNPS9500 cooler. It's a bit larger than its predecessor and uses a 110mm cooling fan (versus the 92mm fan used in the CNPS9500). Let's take the 9700 for a spin and see if it earns a place in the market and on your motherboard.
