Bulgarian Developer becomes Crytek Black Sea
Crytek GmbH today announced that it has acquired Bulgaria-based 'Black Sea Studios Ltd'. Under the terms of the acquisition, 'Black Sea Studios' will become Crytek Black Sea, a wholly owned studio. 'Black Sea Studios' development team will remain in Sofia, Bulgaria. Financial terms were not disclosed.
