This Change Log outlines what's new and different in the new version 1.96 update that's now available for the Twilight of the Arnor expansion for Galactic Civilizations II (Thx: Blue's News). A number of fixes and tweaks are included in the new version, which can be acquired automatically via Stardock Central or the new Impulse service.
