The Forum Magnum issues another public declaration by the Order of Paradox Interactive. It aims to warn all future dictators and emperors of the danger presented to Rome, from the threat of Civil War.
In his declaration to the masses the legendary orator Johan Andersson, commences with a solitary poignant question, asking - "Civil War, what's so civil about that?"
