We have taken a closer look at the next instalment in this popular military shooter series, with especially interesting new AI.

Conflict: Global Terror is the first Conflict game to take place in the present day. The engine has been rebuilt from scratch giving the quality of the game a much needed kick up the backside. The Conflict games may have been popular in the shops but reviews have been lukewarm at best.
SCi and the developer Pivotal Games have taken a closer look at the desires of the Conflict gamers and the new engine offers better graphics, easier controls, better squad interface, more detailed troopers and an excellent AI.
