Ubisoft has issued a patch for Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Double Agent, bringing the PC version of this game to v1.01. This v1.01 patch fixes some anti-aliasing hiccups, but mainly addresses multiplayer problems such as invitations, squad features, and disconnect issues. 24 MB
