Buka's Pacific Storm recreated the wide scope of World War II in the Pacific. Sure, the title was a little unwieldy and had more than a few rough spots, but it still managed to bring the entirety of the naval war between the United States and Japan to our desktops in a way that was both ambitious and comprehensive. Nevertheless, there were a few notable things missing from the game -- things like UK forces, diplomacy, direct ship control, and sub-system damage. Now with the upcoming stand-alone expansion, Pacific Storm: Allies, the developers have added all those new features and many more besides. We've been playing around with an early build for a few days now and are pretty excited by the additions.
