Paradox Interactive has just released a 1.04 update for Victoria - An Empire Under the Sun. In Victoria, players can guide their chosen nation from the "era of absolute monarchies of the early 19th century to evolve into a fully industrialized Great Power at the dawn of the 20th century" By staying eminent in both wealth and strength players will be charged with skillfully managing the process of democracy without letting the country disintegrate. 5.7 MB
