HPS Announces Stalingrad '42/Screens

Wargames publisher HPS Sims announced today Panzer Campaigns: Stalingrad '42, the latest title in John Tiller's grey-haired, operational-level wargame series. Set during the summer of 1942 and the famed siege of this important Soviet city, players can command both the Germans and Soviets in this massive struggle for the Stalin's city. As is common with Tiller's numerous games, Stalingrad '42 will allow players to experience not only actual, historical battles, but also "what-if" scenarios, including a German withdrawal, a "corseted flank defense," and the arrival of a powerful Panzer rescue force. The critical Eastern Front battle is simulated across 42 scenarios from three periods of the campaign, especially Operation Uranus.
