Paradox Reveals Europa Universalis III

Acknowledging the game that first put it on the gaming map outside of Scandinavia, Paradox Interactive announced its plans to return to its landmark historical grand strategy game series Europa Universalis with Europa Universalis III. The third game in this well-received franchise has been in development in Sweden for the past twelve months and is not expected to be released until at least early 2007. The title will follow in the footsteps of the series that has been frequently praised by game critics and proven to be very popular with strategy game fans - it's even won The Wargamer's Award for Excellence.
