Paradox signs Civil War title announces a worldwide publishing deal for Take Command: 2nd Manassas, MadMinute Games' upcoming Civil War game. The announcement confirms a predicted delay for the game, which was previously due this month, but now carries an April 18, 2006 release date. Here's a bit more:
