Vigor Gaming's Super Monsoon Active TEC CPU Cooling System (MACS) seeks to fill a niche between cheaper air-cooled heat sink/fan combos and more-expensive liquid-cooling options. The Monsoon is only available for AMD Socket 939 processors at the moment, but Vigor plans to expand their lineup to include other CPUs soon.
Can the Monsoon combine the compact design and ease of use of the former with the superior cooling performance of the latter at a reasonable price?
