Rule tweaks, balance changes, and a sharper AI all headed to the ranks
Matrix Games and Forced March Games are pleased to announce the release of the comprehensive 1.03 update for their unique ancient warfare strategy game, Hannibal: Rome and Carthage in the Second Punic War. The update improves Numidian Cavalry during pursuit, updates the tutorials, adds a balancing factor regarding city militia, improves the already formidable AI, and addresses some remaining bugs. 161 MB
