With the lure of dual graphics cards and wonderfully overclocked quad core processors, we understand the need for more efficient power supplies that offer more horsepower, particularly those in the 800W range. Units in this segment are generally strong enough to power some very beefy systems, yet not terribly expensive and prohibitive to buy. The need to power these systems in a stable environment is just as important as ever. To that end, consumers want quality and performance at a price that won't break the bank, and today we have a unit that promises just such an enticing combination.
The VisionTek 800Watt 80 Plus Bronze power supply is loaded with features and certainly appears to be very capable, so let's take a closer look and see if it can indeed suit gamers' needs.
