While Impressions Games shut down over a year ago, a number of the developers from the strategy-sim team departed before then to form Tilted Mill who released their first title Children of the Nile late in 2004. Now Tilted Mill is teaming up with their old publishers Sierra-VUGames to create Caesar IV the next game in the acclaimed historical sim-strategy series. Gamecloud got a chance to chat with Tilted Mill co-founder Chris Beatrice to find out more about their plans for Caesar IV.
