Smersh was the Soviet counterintelligence department during WWII tasked to secure the Red Army by arresting traitors, deserters, spies and criminal elements. Moment of Truth is an addon for the original Death to Spies with 7 new missions set in various countries (Germany, UK, US) adding even more disguises, stealth kills, drivable vehicles and multiple ways to complete your objectives.
