After many wonderful years spent in the beautiful North Carolina town of Cary, Shrapnel Games will be relocating its operations to Wilmington, also in North Carolina. The move is expected to take place at the end of this month.

Shrapnel Games was founded in Cary in 1999 and has always enjoyed its location. As the company and its catalog grew in size though there was a welcome influx of foreign sales, one of the primary reasons for the move. Wilmington, North Carolina is a large Atlantic coast port that will allow Shrapnel Games to best service the needs of its foreign customers. Besides, an office with a beach view is always preferable to one without, so it'll be a win for both overseas customers and for the staff of Shrapnel Games!

The transition is expected to go quite smoothly and there will be little to no impact on daily operations. The move is planned for July 22nd – 24th, and The Gamers Front Shipping Department will be closed on July 22nd. Operations should resume as usual on Monday, July 25th. Customers can expect the same great level of support that they have always received through Shrapnel Games during the move period, regardless if you're simply just interested in trying out one of our demos or if you're a hardcore, loyal customer.
