World in Conflict Release Dates - New Beta Begins July 11

Developer Massive Entertainment's glimpse into what might have happened had the Cold War turned hot as portrayed in its upcoming strategy game, World in Conflict, will be hitting store shelves in North American on September 18. The game will then be available in Australia and New Zealand on September 20 and in Europe on September 21. The Xbox 360 version of the game will be available in the following weeks, although a specific date for its release is not yet available. Another beta phase for World in Conflict is set to begin on July 11, publisher Sierra announced today. Said to provide those at home with access to the same content featured at next week's E3 Media & Business Summit, the beta will last through the end of July. Players can sign up for the beta at the official site.
