Antec, Inc., the leading global brand of high-performance computer components for the PC upgrade and Do-It-Yourself markets, has released P190. The case is Antec's most powerful yet with dual power supplies, and is based on the proven design concepts first introduced in their P180.

P190 is fueled by Antec's new dual power supply, the 1200 Watt Neo-Link. The spacious interior and extended ATX capabilities allow for multiple instances of virtually all system components. The 650 Watt and 550 Watt power supplies work together to power parts such as multiple core CPUs, multi card graphics solutions and 10,000+ RPM hard drives.

To keep high-performance components functioning perfectly, P190 has been designed for extreme cooling. The chassis features a 200mm side-mounted three-speed fan, the 'Big Boy', Antec's largest fan to date. The case has twin top-mounted 140mm fans with three-speed control for a choice between maximum cooling and minimum noise. For further cooling, the case includes a rear-mounted 120mm fan. Air filters reduce the risk of dust and debris entering the system.

P190 was also designed for silent computing. Its large fans are able to move greater amounts of air while turning more slowly and running more quietly. The side panels of P190 are made of a unique dual-layer sound-deadening material that allows for near-silent operation, even with all fans running at high speed. Silicone grommets for the hard drive mounts also prevent vibrations, further reducing noise.

"The combination of our ground-breaking Neo-Link power supply, advanced cooling and noise-reducing features makes P190 a leading high performance case," said Scott Richards, senior vice president for Antec. "As systems and components continue to evolve for demanding applications, the P190, Antec's highest performance case ever, provides the perfect enclosure for the most extreme system builders."

The location of the motherboard tray has been modified from the original P180, allowing for cable organization to reduce clutter. Additonal features include water pipe access points for mounting external water cooling hardware and front mounted I/O ports with two USB 2.0, FireWire/i.Link and high definition audio connectors to allow users to make quick and easy connections.

P190 will be available in February from major retailers, e-tailers and distributors for approximately $499. P190 is backed by Antec's Quality 3-Year Warranty. For additional product information and full technical specifications, please visit antec.com.
