The second movie from Panzer Command: Operation Winter Storm is now available for download, showcasing the turn-based strategy game in the works at Koios Works (Thanks:Gamers Hell). The game will offer a German and a Soviet campaign, and a PBEM (Play By E-Mail) system for head to head play. Panzer Command: Operation Winter Storm also feature historical stats and tactics, and a skirmish level which will allow you to mix and match forces from the campaign in a fictional battle set in the same time frame.
