If you are looking for "silent", then the Evercool Turbo 2 should be on top of your list. As additional testing I hooked the fan up to 5V, which was still enough to keep the X1800 in safe temperature levels under load. The fan was so quiet that I had to put my ear about 10 cm away from the cooler to even hear it spinning.
