Call of Duty, Bad Company 2, and Medal of Honor go to war and only one game can come out the victor.

A trio of high-profile military shooters hit store shelves this year -- Battlefield Bad: Company 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops, and Medal of Honor. All three offer a mixture of military realism and over-the-top action in their campaigns as well as intense, addictive multiplayer.

But which is best? In many ways, that depends on what you want out of your game. For some, a fun campaign is what matters most. Others want long-lasting competitive multiplayer. And then there are those little extras – cool modes and other bonus content that makes the overall package worthwhile.

So let's take a look at these three areas and see which shooter wins the war.
