The Medal of Honor Website offers word on a new patch that's now automatically available offering multiplayer fixes for Medal of Honor.
The update is only for changes to the multiplayer component of Medal of Honor. No single-player changes have been included. In order to update the game, you will need to quit Medal of Honor and load the game again. At that point the auto updater will download the update and apply it for you.
Steam users will need to update via Steam in the usual way.
