Drunkards, puking and people dancing naked in fountains

Obsidian's released a new Fallout: New Vegas dev diary focusing on the Las Vegas Strip.
The seedy Strip, in all its neon glory, features people "walking around in drunken stupors, puking on the sidewalks and dancing naked in fountains, and that sort of thing", according to the developer.
It's also the area of the game where the team has "put the most amount of work in terms of design", according to the title's lead artist. It certainly makes a change from the usual post apocalyptic wastelands.
