Matrix Games and Australian Design Group are pleased to release the 1.06.03 update for the PC adaptation of the award winning Napoleonic strategy game, Empires in Arms. This major comprehensive update comes with dozens of bug fixes, an updated manual, several improvements leading to a smarter AI, and a few rule tweaks.
