The Dawn Of War II Website announces the release of the Dawn of War II SCAR documentation, saying:
"Combined with our recently released World Builder, this documentation gives fans that are willing to put in some time and effort the tools to modify the game in some very significant ways or create something quite new." They've also launched a new Mods Forum to support mod authors.
