MyCrysis has word that the version 1.1 patch for Crysis Warhead has been reissued to include a new hotfix, saying: "Crysis Warhead Patch 1.1 is now available, it includes the original patch and also has a hotfix included for several minor issue [sic] including the changing of resolution in Windows Vista."
