Review: GamerStorm Lucifer CPU Cooler

Of course like any component within a system, higher specification tends to mean higher price and while it is possible to get coolers for a low cost, costs for larger, more powerful units the costs increase significantly... usually. Today we have an enthusiast cooler from GamerStorm attached to our test system. With specifications which are very much enthusiast, on paper, the price is very much budget.
