Review: Scythe Ashura CPU Cooler

The Shuriken for example as the answer to many of our HTPC problems in the past, allowing us to cool reasonably powerful CPUs in small form factor cases. Now Scythe are back with a new range of products and one of the newest is the Ashura tower cooler.
