I just got CFS2 yesterday, and must first say, incredible. Only one problem I have found so far..

I was flying a Zero in Campain, and engaged a flight of Wildcats. I pulled in behind one, and took off 1 of his wings, then in asecond burst cliped off the other one. After the fireball I turned to attack his wingman, and a few seconds later found Tracers flying past my Canopy. As I pulled around and found the attacker I noticed that it was the plane that I had just "removed" the wings from.. He was still up and still fighting"although his turning radius was quite large" anyone else experience this??

I've noticed a similar problem with Zeros. I've blown off wingtips but still see them continue to fly and fight. Perhaps that will get fixed by MS or someone else

Yes sir, I've noticed this as an American pilot shooting down Japanese bombers. While going down they still keep firing away at me with a fuselage on fire, heading towards the ocean, and smoke trailing. I wonder if you can actually kill gunners inside bombers? I'd love to kill every Betty tail gunner I come across.

yes, and those Betty's would love to kill you - and they do a damn good job of it, too.

I was playing a campaign and had to escort a gooney to another remote landing strip.

One of the enemy planes attacked it and shot it up pretty good, but I stayed with the gooney and noticed that its right wingtip was completely shot off. It looked odd to say the least... but, it kept flying.

Great sim!

Love it!
