I imported the CFS1 aircraft, but it seems they are only capable of carrying guns, but no rockets, bombs or fuel tanks. Does anyone know how to fix this? If a new damage profile needed to allow use of the weapons that shipped with CFS2? If so, could someone knock a few out for the P-51, P-47, Spitfire, Hurricane, etc? I myself am a dunce at programming.

I have some great ideas for scenarios if I could just get those planes armed!

Can't say I do! That's what I am yearning for. You see I have downloaded some fabulous aircrafts like GB's Typhoons and dreaming off putting some serious loadouts onto it's hardpoints.

I dohowever, discover a utility which crunches the numbers out. Read my posts here:

It shouldn't be that hard to allow CFS1 aircraft to use the CFS2 weapons. All someone would have to do is alter the .dp (damage profile) files (I think). Unfortunately, I am clueless as to how to do this. Help!

Buz

Just copy each individual aircraft folder from CFS1 into the aircraft folder of CFS2.

Thats basically it.

Had no problems just putting in the Spit Mk 1, just copy the Spit folder, and paste into the Aircraft folder of CFS2.

The only aircraft that will show up, will be in the list of GAU files as seen in the CFS2 Gauges folder.

Hope some of this helps

Xis

Xis is right.

I am now trying to figure out how to add bombs to Add-on / AI aircrafts. That's the most difficult bit for me!
