I'm a hardcore simmer myself, and when I buy a simulation it means that the sim is the closest thing to flying an aircraft without being in the cockpit.
I tried Team Aligator and I have only one opinion of it, it sucks.
Everyone keeps talking about EECH and I read all the reviews out there and they're all positive.
I want to ask a real hardcore simmer who has this game, if he got it because he was just seeking something different or because the sim is very realistic?

None of these sims/games are anywhere near being realistic. If realistic flight modeling and avionics are your thing, there are a few high-end simulation packages available for the PC, but they will run you hundreds and, in a couple of cases, thousands of dollars.

That said, if you're looking for a game dressed up as a sim, CvH is probably your best bet for helos. Flight seems quirky, systems, avionics and weapons are simplified, but it is a great deal of fun.

No doubt a "hardcore" simmer such as yourself will already have these in your collection , but just in case you don't, here are some names and links.

Laminar Research X-Plane/X-Rotor: http://www.x-plane.com/

All I hear is that the choppers in X-Plane, albeit a bitch to fly, are far from realistic. But then, it's probably the cheapest of those you listed here.
