Nice shot. What is it? It looks like a prototype 262 with a rocket motor bolted on top!. Where did you find it?

It's a German experimental prototype based on the Fi-103 (V1). The Fi-103A/ReIV, shown in the photograph, was to be piloted by volunteers from SS units.

The Japanese were working on something similar, the Kawanishi Baika, also based on the V1. Lots of technology sharing between Germany and Japan during the war. The Hikoki:1946 site http://members.aol.com/pelzig has more information about both aircraft.
