Hey Thanks Pretzel, now can you give me some hints on how to run this thing? I was able to install it, but when I try to run it I get a message that says it should run in DOS, then it reboots sometimes to DOS, and locks up, somtimes back to WIN with nothing happening.

In a side note, I also DL'ed SU27(the original flanker) and it said it wouldnt run w/o a VESA driver...crap I bet one was never written for my Rage IIc primary display.

Thanks for the address to PAW:1942!

I've downloaded the file and unzipped it. I don't recognize the file type??

What do I need to decompress an "xxxxx.rar" file?

Second question... Is this the same version of PAW that shipped as PAW Gold??

Thanks! Ronin

Snake-

I searched the net for 'rar extract'.

Here is the address. It appears to be a 40 day shareware program and worked fine for me.

Snake-

I owned both the original and the Gold version at one time a long time ago! The Gold CD version has some nice WWII films as I recall!

Anyway, the game runs in DOS and may be fussy about memory configration.

I'm working on the configuration myself. I still need to go grab a DOS mouse driver. If you haven't yet... you should try running the boot disk maker that comes in the main rar file. Then boot your computer from that.
