Does anyone know what the "Crazy Cuban" maneuver is? I remember seeing it either on EF2000 or EAW flight manual but I don't have those sims anymore. Any help is appreciated.

Well, I know what a Cuban-8 is. That's where a plane flies along the length of the runway, the pulls up and banks and circles around left, then flies the length of the runway in the other direction, pulls up and banks left again, completing the figure 8. In combat, this sometimes is called a yo-yo. You pull up about 45 degrees, do a wingover, do a shallow dive back down from whence you came, and the pull up 45 degrees and do a wingover again. This is typically done for Boom-and-Zoom attacks.

Hope this helps.
