Got it on Thursday, and love it had some problems in the beginning, had to update my 3dfx card drivers. But this is the most realistic game I have ever played before. Only bad thing is that I have run all the graphics at speed level instead of detailed. But still is good. But one question, on my return trip home, my guyes will get wounded with out any flak or intercepting fighters, anyone have the answers?

Up to this point I'm having fun with it. Wish Hasbro had kept it longer to polish it -judging from some posts people are having problems. Hell I even put my worthless 2 cents in that is RPG and not a sim. Who cares. If you got it running on your system
it's fun and it has challenges. It's almost as good as a well written account on being a bomber crew member. Wish they could use this concept for Lancaster bomber, PBY's and CH53 Jolly Greens.

Yup your right, shouldn't have forgot - the B24. A low level to Ploesti (Liberados, Pyramiders etc.)- now there's a mission everyone would get a frame rate hit on and a few CTD's hehehe!

Wingman!

I´ve experienced that too and I think that on the way home the crew start to feel the stress after all the tension that´s been building up. So they lose it, eventually, and collapse. Call it fatigue, perhaps?

Roberts and Wingman,

I experience the same problem with my crew. I guess it does seem odd that they get injured with no one shooting at them. Well, anyways. I was watching in the compartment view one time when i was coming home and i was over england. My bombadier said "Can't hold on...." and he just keeled over. I guess it is because of fatigue. It makes since. If you are all stressed out before a mission day and you don't eat a good breakfast because you are nervous, then you would have a chance of passing out due to exaustion or mal-nutrition. It kinda makes the sim very very lifelike, but can make it kinda annoying when someone keels over every 5 min. Oh well, I am loving the sim

Hey speaking of injured crewmen here's a little tip Id like to pass along:
When the pilot is injured, DO NOT tell the copilot to switch places with him! Both men get up behind their chairs, and then switch places...meanwhile the plane slowly spirals toward the ground!

The wounded crewmen finnal reach the point where they need medical help sometimes long after they are hit.

Think of it as the adreniline wears off and a guy goes - Wow - I was hit !
