Where is the speedbrake located on the F-22? (Not the YF-22). Tried to find it through a few books and web sites but none of them have that info.

There is no dedicated speedbrake. The twin rudders act as speedbrakes by diverging symmetrically. IIRC, the same method is followed on the F/A-18E/F.
