New Screens: Lock On
Ubi Soft has released three new screenshots from its upcoming jet simulation, Lock On: Modern Air Combat. The screens show three of the ships that will ply the waters of Lock On. These ships can move via waypoints, engage other ships with gun fire and anti-ship missiles, and shoot down aircraft with SAMs and anti-aircraft artillery.



Medal Of Honor Allied Assault Spearhead Demo
Electronic Arts announced today that it will release a stand-alone demo for Medal of Honor Allied Assault Spearhead, the new expansion pack for the WWII action PC title, Medal of Honor Allied Assault . The demo will be available November 9, 2002 and can be found on the Medal of Honor Allied Assault website.

The downloadable demo will feature the multiplayer level Malta, a level exclusive to the demo and not included in the full version of the game. Also included will be the Tug-of-War map Druckkammern. The Tug-of-War mode will allow players to compete in team-based combat to seize a set number of control points. The demo will also include four new skins for British, Russian, American and German troops as well as unveiling a new exclusive axis weapon. Medal of Honor Allied Assault Spearhead for the PC will be available November 12.

G.I. Combat retail patch v1.01
GI Combat Episode I hit store shelves across the US and Canada yesterday. To coincide with this Freedom Games has uploaded the retail patch version 1.01 together with an updated and amended readme. This release has mortar improvements, multiplayer fixes, better mouse control, and more. Download
