what are land fall way ponits? because I'm not sure what they are and how do you use the information you get out of the 2nd training mission

If I remember correctly landfall waypoints are placed at coordinates where the TLAM changes from traveling over sea unto travelling over land. Look at pages 4.86 and 4.87 in the manual under Strike Warfare.

A very good sim BTW. I wish Jane's could have done a 3dfx or D3D patch for it - or even better, used the Fleet Command engine for a update of 688(i).

Hooverstorm is right. In 688i the landfall waypoint is the waypoint before the strike point.

Just place the second but last waypoint at the given landfalls and Bob's your uncle.

He's right about everything else also, BTW.
